Professional Head Services
We can offer a full Professional Head of Signalling service including:
- Creating and/or verifying your Competence Management System
- Recommending progressional routes for staff
- Checking, verifying and approving Authority to Work reports
- Providing technical briefings and updates for Technical Instructions and SINs (Special Instruction Notices)
- Providing advice and technical support.
Internal Verification
We are able to offer internal verification of a variety of assessments and also of training and assessment documentation. This service, being independent to our customers’ companies, provides an excellent opportunity to assist in maintaining or improving current standards and providing a general standardisation of assessments.
Signalling Assessments
Infinity Training and Assessing has experienced assessors who assisted in the development of the Railway Signalling QCF’s. These assessors are available for Signalling assessments to meet the standards required by both City and Guilds and EAL.
Our Assessors are very approachable, have a vast knowledge of the Signalling Industry and many years of experience in assessing to a very high standard.
Administration Services
Infinity Training and Assessing can offer experienced railway administration services. Our administrators have many years experience of working within the railway industry and therefore understand the terminology, nomenclature and symbols used within it.
Services include preparation of procedures and policies, course note typing, proof reading and formatting to standard formats, production of CAD drawings, assistance with PowerPoint presentations and a variety of other administrative services.
Bespoke Course Note Creation
Our consultants are able to prove a bespoke training course service. With technical knowledge and a vast amount of management experience we are able to design courses to meet our customers’ requirements and the learners’ needs.

Mentoring Services
With experienced trainers and assessors Infinity Training and Assessing is able to offer an independent technical mentoring service. Delegates who attend training courses will need nurturing with their new competence until they feel confident and are deemed competent in the subject.
Our mentors are fully qualified trainers and assessors with a variety of technical expertise. They will be able to provide a non-intrusive mentoring session within a training school or on site, controlling the situation to ensure best practices are adopted and equipment is installed or tested to a high standard.
